HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Below why: 1) Staff: The entire team is very professional, friendly, down to earth whose clear mission is to make sure their customers are treated the way they would like to be treated. Very transparent about their pricing and the why behind it. Seth was amazing to work with. One of the technicians (I couldn't catch his name but he's from GA) was just plain hilarious and very friendly. They all have an amazing and beautiful vibe to them. I left feeling I had known them for years. 2) Super clean office facilities and waiting area. 3) Reasonably priced. 4) They had all the information I input when scheduling the appointment. Minimal need to repeat why I was there. 5) They identified a few more things and sent pictures to confirm. 6) They managed everything directly with my Extended Warranty service provider. It went as smooth as can be which is also attributed to the Warranty provider. Both managed their parts really well. 7) They said it would be done by end of day and they delivered on the promise. 8) They clearly plan ahead as they pretty much had all the parts they needed in stock (except their coffee... inside joke ;-) for Seth). 9) I checked the tire pressure and noticed they had put it to factory PSI but, my tires are aftermarket and without hesitation, they added more air. This is one of the best family owned businesses I have been to in the area and will definitely come back for any future mechanical issues for my vehicles. Thank you Seth and team for the amazing job!

My 2013 ram pick up truck developed a throttle control problem. Since these trucks are loaded with electronic modules repair is something that you cannot do in your driveway. I contacted 239 Mechanics and had the truck towed to them. They did a superb job in identifying the problem with the engine control module, we’re able to secure a replacement and had it programmed correctly. They actually stayed late by over an hour the evening that the truck was finished so I could pick it up that night. I recommend them Without reservation. The repair came in below the estimate. Great people great service.

Highly recommend 239 Mechanics! They handled an oil change and installed an automatic air bag suspension system on my truck, and the difference is incredible. Towing is now an absolute breeze. Complicated experience for me but Brian at 239 Mechanics went above and beyond for me. I've been on both ends of customer service and the above and beyond needs to be rewarded, such as 239 Mechanics. Great customer service is dying in the U. S. I'm away working in Colorado for a month, my friend in Florida was kind enough to initially bring my car to their shop. I'm dealing with secondary car insurance and brought it there based upon their approved shops. The car problem was properly diagnosed and unfortunately could not be resolved at their shop (Thank you Detroit for all the wonderful electronics you design into our cars today....Ugh!) Brian, kept in communication with me about it, offered to bring the car to the dealership for me due to my situation being out of state. That alone was a huge relief for me. So, two for one, Thank Cape Coral Chrysler. Worked with my secondary insurance only need to pay my deductible for the repairs. Second huge thank you to Brian, he contacted me again, the follow through, means a lot to me. He wanted to know the about how I made out in the repair situation of my car. Although my vehicle was not repaired there, the actions of a fellow New Englander are appreciated to no end. Great customer service, give them the opportunity to help in resolving your vehicle needs. Something happens to me again in the future, I will definitely give them the opportunity again. Again, Thank You Brian at 239 Mechanics.
